Thorough clean of all surfaces, including mirrors, countertops, vanities, outside of cabinets, sinks, and taps. Scrub of toilets and toilet bowls.

• All bathroom counters & fixtures (sanitized)

All Rooms

All surfaces, objects and furnitures wiped down, and dusted. All floors in the home thoroughly vacuumed and mopped.

• Light switches & door knobs (wiped & dusted)

• Cobwebs removed (low & high)

• Window sills (dusted)

• Baseboards (dusted)

• Pictures & knick-knacks (dusted & tidied)

• Furniture (dusted)

• Countertops & backsplashes (wiped down)

• All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected)

• Mirrors (Windexed)

• Stairs (vacuumed, wood dusted)

• Floors (vacuumed & mopped)

• Cabinets spot-cleaned

• Shelves if reachable (dusted)

Kitchen

Thorough clean of all surfaces, including counters, stove, empty sink, back-splash, outside of appliances, cabinets, and outside the microwave.

• Clean outside of stove

• Outside of appliances cleaned

Bedrooms

All surfaces wiped and dusted. Items on shelf display wiped and tidied. Mirrors and glass surfaces sparkling.

• Floors vacuumed and/or mopped

• Baseboards dusted

• Ceiling fan blades within 3-step ladder reach (hand wiped)

• Light fixtures within 3-step ladder reach (hand wiped in place/not removed)

• Blinds & shutters (vacuumed, not washed)

• Baseboards (hand wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture)

• Pictures & knick-knacks (hand wiped)

• Uncluttered shelves (hand wiped)

What is not included?

Due to health, safety, and insurance reasons there are certain types of work we cannot do:

• Moving heavy items above 25 pounds

• Outdoor work

• Removal of pet and bodily fluids

• Infestation removal

• Balconies, decks, backyards, and exterior windows

• Cleaning of areas outside of normal reach or areas above the reach of our 2-foot step ladder.

• Black mold, hard water stains, and mildew removal

• Trash removal, cleaning of garbage can

• Changing of bed sheets, laundry, dishes

• Dusting or cleaning of electronics (tv, computers, speakers, etc)

• Homes with inside cigarette smoking

• Post construction cleaning
